The Production Blog is a useful communication tool which allows you to add comments and notes. These notes are available for everyone in that production group to view and append. The production blog can be found in the Server Tab below the catalogs. Contained in the Production Blog are blogs for each production group right click on a blog to add a new group document.
Add a title and message and select O.K. The post now appears in the production blog window, clicking the return arrow allows other users to reply to the post or pressing the + icon allows users to create new blog posts.
The Production Blog tool can be used to communicate a set of notes or instructions to the rest of the team efficiently. For example minutes from a meeting can be added or a set of instructions that need to be efficiently communicated to everyone involved in production.
Each production group has its own production blog. Only users who have access to that production group can view and edit the blog.
